Canada Games Badge

The 1977 Canada Games were held in St. John's. I remember this badge/button from then.

Bike Pin

One of my sisters had 2 bike pins similar to this one. I think she had a white one but I am not sure of the other colour. I'd borrow it sometimes to wear on my dress or blouse.

Initial "K" Stickpin

Stickpins were popular jewelry when I was a teenager, my sisters, mother and I had several. I had one like this with my initial on it.

Queen Badge

I vaguely remember Mom having a badge like this one. It may have been one of Queen Elizabeth II and not her parents, though, but it looked a lot like this.

Christmas Badge/Button

Someone at our house had this, probably one of my older sisters.

The Fonz Badge

We had a badge just like this, I guess it was my younger brother's since he collected badges. Who didn't like The Fonz back then? It was one of my favourite tv shows.

1976 Olympic Pin

In 1976 the Olympics were held in Montreal and I was 10 years old. Dad bought Olympic pins for each of us, he kept them in the money tin on his dresser (see yesterday's picture).

Angel Pin

My sister got this angel pin the same Christmas that I got the little drummer boy pin.

I think my aunt gave me this one year for Christmas.
